Service & Maintenance Agreements

Looked after all year, not just when something breaks

A service plan gives your site a response target, scheduled maintenance, no call-out fee and one predictable yearly fee, so a fault isn't a scramble to fit you in.

Response targets are for business hours and depend on your location. After-hours help is available at your agreement's rates. Your signed agreement sets out what applies to your site.

Australian Standards

Did you know?

The Australian Standard for intruder alarm systems, AS/NZS 2201.1, covers maintenance as well as design and installation. Inner Range, who make the Inception systems we install, say the standard requires routine maintenance at least once a year, and they publish their own recommended maintenance procedure. Standards like this are voluntary unless a law or a contract calls them up, so it's worth checking your lease and your insurance policy for any conditions about maintaining your system. We can talk you through what applies to your site.

Is It Right for You?

When Downtime Matters

A plan suits a site where a door that won't open or an alarm that won't arm can't wait.

Already Monitored by Us?

Your alarms already report to a monitoring centre, day and night. A plan looks after the site between alarms.

If You Rarely Need Us

Then a plan may not be worth it for you, and we'll tell you so. Calling us when you need us is fine too.
