InnerTelligence Automation Centre
ITAC is our in-house automation module that integrates with your facility's sound system to deliver real-time voice announcements triggered by security or operational events.
When a tailgate is detected, a duress alarm is activated, or a scheduled message needs to play, ITAC takes over the sound system momentarily, delivers the announcement, and hands control back — all without any manual action.
Originally developed for gyms, ITAC is now used across commercial facilities for security alerts, emergency procedures, and operational announcements.

ITAC sits inline between your music source and amplifier. When an event triggers — tailgate detection, duress alarm, or scheduled announcement — ITAC pauses the music, plays the message, and returns control automatically.
